Here's a link to Elsecar Heritage Centre's webiste. Elsecar Heritage Centre is the site where we are based, along with a soft play area for the littles ones, steam engine, antiques centre and many other unique businesses.
Elsecar was the industrial powerhouse of the wealthy and influential Fitzwilliam Family. It was created in the 18th and 19th centuries and is now one of the most popular destinations in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. A great place to visit and find out what the Industrial Revolution meant for those who experienced it. Marvel at stunning architecture, the Newcomen type Beam Engine, walk along the canal, enjoy one of the family trails or take in a concert or gig - and of course pop in to see us at WoWHoW The Educational Toy Shop!
Below are links to some of the other businesses that you'll find at Elsecar Heritage Centre.
